Pierce County Record Contacts

Pierce County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot verify custody or release, post bond, obtain an official booking record, or act for a court. Direct those matters to the government office that holds the record.

Official Pierce County Record Routes

For a current Pierce County Jail custody question, a booking record, or a lawfully releasable booking photograph, begin with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Rick Eberhardt’s office manages the county jail, but no verified online Pierce roster, booking-feed page, records-request form, separate records-unit number, booking-photo fee, or response deadline was published in the county materials reviewed.

Call for the current records custodian.

For a narrow public-record request, identify the person, approximate date, arresting agency if known, and the record sought. The sheriff can advise on the current custodian, request method, fees, and any lawful redactions. The county’s Public Records page gives general information but does not publish a sheriff-specific booking request form.

For a court case, filing, disposition, or clerk question after booking, use the court that holds the case. Pierce County Court is in Room 11, 111 West Court St., Pierce, NE 68767. Clerk Kristina Sehi can be reached at (402) 329-6245, fax (402) 329-4412, during 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The District Court clerk is Vickie Prince, Room 12, 111 W. Court St., Pierce, NE 68767, (402) 329-4335, fax (402) 329-6412, vickie.prince@nejudicial.gov.

State custody is separate from county booking. For someone held by Nebraska state corrections, use the NDCS incarcerated-individual locator. For a state public-record request, NDCS directs written requests to DCS.PublicRecords@nebraska.gov or Public Disclosure Unit, NDCS, PO Box 94661, Lincoln, NE 68509. County, state, federal, and immigration custody do not use the same system. A federal or ICE matter requires its own official locator rather than a Pierce County booking inquiry.
